Yes. You will be surprised to know that we have 7 quality controlling experts. Firstly images are edited by our experts. After that we send to the image to our quality controllers. Even then We are not done. Our Chief Technical operators again re-check the files and finally we send files to you.
We deliver the images in the formats and resolution of your choice. In case you do not specify a particular format or resolution, we deliver it in the same specification as the raw image you uploaded in the server.
We have 10 years of experienced designers. If you are not satisfied, that means there is something wrong in understanding your requirements. We will do corrections for free of cost. Don’t worry!
Yes of course. We are working 24X7X365 hours here. We have 3 shifts and 3 different team leader. That is why we are able to deliver your files in a shortest possible time if you needed. In that case you will have to add sum extra payment. But don’t worry, We love to maintain highly ethical values; we never make any extremely high invoices for urgent delivery.
Larger images needed much more attention to details and tedious editing to achieve excellent results. It takes more time and effort of our best team members. All our editing quotes are based on your product complexity, quality, and pixel size of original photo.
Why not!! Once you start sending us your files on a regular basis, we can make invoice on a weekly or monthly basis. We always strict to our commitment and we expect our clients will be doing the same to us.
Generally we send invoice after the service to our regular clients or refereed clients. But we may go for a deal while we deal with a new client. But we are always flexible in this case.
No, we do not have strict minimum order requirements. We always try to maintain good relationship with our customer and no matter how the size of the order is. We believe if a client work with us once, he/she must have to return again. And also we believe in Word of Mouth strategy. If a customer gets a perfect delivery, he/she might refer another customer to us.
